Here’s what I mean by that, you likely know your community (your market area and probably surrounding communities as well) even better than people who’ve lived there all their lives. You’re out and about every day – more than most people…showing property, holding open houses, previewing listings, preparing CMA’s – the list goes on and on. In fact, that’s one of the primary things (even if they don’t say so), that your clients expect from you – to be the Community Expert. Not just about home values, market stats and trends, school districts, zoning, construction but also the fun stuff like the best parks, playgrounds, coffee shops, etc.
That makes this topic an awesome opportunity for your social media strategy!
