What are the three reasons a listing doesn’t sell?
Go ahead, shout out the answers.
Did you say something like Condition, Location and Price?
I get that but I’m going to argue with it. I believe the answer is…
Price…Price…and oh yeah…Price!
Why would I say that? If the condition of the house is terrible, that can keep it from selling, right?!?! Price overcomes that.
What if it’s on a terrible lot, with power lines overhead and a sloping driveway?!?! Price overcomes that.
Will a property always sell for what the seller wants, hopes and dreams that it will? No. But, strategically priced to fit the specific needs of the seller and the current market conditions – it will sell.
