Guess what is happening exactly one week from today?!?!?!? Yep, the first of the Fall Holidays = Halloween!
Just to get you in the spirit, I thought I’d share with you a few pics from my family Halloweens…
Okay, the point of this Strategy Session is NOT (entirely) to show off my Halloween-Past pics. Instead, this is written as a reminder that it’s a great time of year to take a little time to have some fun in re-connecting with your Sphere of Influence, Past Clients, Neighborhood Farm, etc. in a very cost-effective way.
Halloween is a week from today and you still have LOTS of time to make a big impact for your business and have some fun too, here are some ideas:
Raise your hand if you’ve ever forgotten to buy Halloween candy until you’re driving home from work ON HALLOWEEN!?!?!?
Save your peeps the trouble THIS WEEK! You can literally buy big bags of candy at places like the Dollar Tree, Dollar General or even Walmart for $1 – ONE DOLLAR! Spend $50 and share it however you’d like across 50 peeps or 5 but they will THANK YOU for saving them the candy shopping trouble!
Ask people to share their Halloween Pics (kids costumes, adult costumes, pet costumes, house decorations, pumpkin carvings, etc.) on your page and reward them with something small like a $5 Starbucks card or matinee movie ticket.
You could also consider doing a contest but then you’re in the position of judging and that can get messy – that’s why I go for the “everyone wins” concept in this one.
Consider a post-Halloween party! Halloween falls on a Wednesday this year ;( – not the best day to really get the most of our adorable costumes and decorations. Consider hosting a post-Halloween party over the weekend inviting people to extend the holiday into the weekend by turning it into a Fall-themed party complete with costumes and a chance for everyone to share (and get rid of) their leftover candy!!
The point is optimizing ways to personally connect with your Sphere, Neighborhood Farm, Past Clients, etc. in a fun and engaging way so we hope you find these tips helpful AND that you share with us as the Strategic Agent Group what you try and what works (as well as what doesn’t)!
