Wherever you are in the process, I’d like to invite you to consider asking yourself some really good questions before you complete you goal setting and business planning for the new year.
Tony Robbins is famous for saying: “Quality questions create a quality life. Successful people ask better questions, and as a result, they get better answers.”
When sitting down to write their goals and business plans most agents start with what seems like the obvious: how much money do I want to make? how many transactions do I need to close? how many listings do I need to take? etc.
