We ran a poll recently on The Strategic Agent Facebook Group (if you’re not yet a member, you’re missing out so click here to join!) asking:
“What’s the biggest frustration you have in working with Buyers?”
The responses were interesting but also very similar:
33% answered “Being all over the place in what they want”
23% answered “Not getting pre-qualified”
17% answered “They want HGTV Home shows and now think every home for sale should look spectacular and for a much lower price”
Yes, we’d probably ALL like to ban our clients from watching HGTV, at least when they’re in the midst of a real estate transaction, right?!?
But the consistency that’s notable in these answers is all about setting expectations and discovering the Buyer’s DNA. Here’s the good news, we have a solution for you on that!
