Working with many salespeople over many years I’ve seen many roadblocks.
What do I mean by the roadblocks? They come in all shapes and sizes but are typically our own creation.
Really? Yes, really.
Psychologists have proven many times that as we move through life we all interpret situations based on our filters and personal history. As we accumulate these experiences; beliefs are formed. These beliefs drive our actions. So here’s the rub…not all the beliefs support our goals. That creates mental roadblocks. It’s not that we are mentally deranged or intentionally lying. It’s just how everybody’s mind work. Here’s an example:
Dan was a real estate salesperson who was working to develop a 6-figure business. Frustrated because he was unable to get even close to his goals, he approached me for help. After completing a Shift Business Analysis we reviewed the results. Clearly the problem was in the volume of his activities. Dan’s weekly activities were: one open house, one day sitting in a model of a new home neighborhood, and one phone duty a week. When I pressed him about the volume of prospecting he felt it was plenty. Most people sitting from the outside, with no calculator, can tell that the prospecting activities planned do not equal $100,000 in income. Dan is smart and educated yet he believes this lie. Why?
Because this is the human condition.
So the question becomes, “How do we keep from falling into these mental traps when building a business?” By having someone help you identify where they are in your business and create a shift in thinking. That’s what we do at Jamm.

In this session you will present to me the basics of your listing presentation. Together we will discover places you can change the presentation to provide you a consistent and strong listing presentation
In this type of coaching we go through a process of defining your vision, creating a plan to bring that vision to reality, understanding and removing the barriers that come up. To best help you we have two long coaching sessions (approx. 1.5 hours) the first month followed by 45 minute session every other week for several months.
