I’m going to confidently bet that your first broker/manager/trainer/mentor told you on day 1 (or at least by day 5) of your real estate career to put together your Sphere of Influence (SOI) list and begin ‘dripping on’, ‘consistently touching them’ and overall marketing to them in the hopes of becoming ‘top of mind’ when they thought about real estate.
Have times changed since then? Has marketing changed since then? Are today’s consumers different than those of 20 years ago?
